Ralph has been in music ministry for over 30 years. He began as music director for the Newman Center on the campus of West Chester University, West Chester PA. Since that time he has been music director/cantor/pianist for churches throughout the San Gabriel Valley including the San Gabriel Mission, St. Therese in Alhambra, St. Luke in Temple City and St. Michael's Orthodox Catholic Church in Arcadia.

He currently is Director of Music at the San Gabriel Mission, San Gabriel, CA. and provides music at Assumption BVM in Pasadena, CA.

He has appeared in the National Tour of Ragtime and was in many musicals with the San Gabriel, Fullerton and Downey Civic Light Operas.
